Thank you for visiting. I am, Jan Gaverick, an Ohio licensed professional surveyor based in Marion County, bringing over 30 years of experience to every project. Known for precision, integrity, and deep knowledge of the land, I offer a full spectrum of land surveying services tailored to meet the needs of property owners, developers, engineers, and attorneys across the region.
From boundary and topographic surveys to construction staking, ALTA land title surveys, and subdivision platting, my work is grounded in decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to accuracy.
